Italian Jewish Cookery Lessons: Laniado Style!

We would like to invite you to join us for an evening of fun and delicious food with renowned Italian Jewish chef, Silvia Nacamulli.

The event will be held on Wednesday 4 June (fully booked) and Wednesday 11 June (7 places availble) at the home of Inbar and Boaz Zilberman from 7pm until 10pm.

There are 16 places available for each session. The cost is £40 per person per session (which includes a donation to Laniado UK).

We will have the unique opportunity to benefit from Silvia's personal guidance and expertise and, at the end of the session, learnt to cook (and eat) 3 mouthwatering Italian dishes!

Silvia Nacamulli is a freelance cook, teacher and writer of Italian cooking based in London.

Silvia is from Rome, where she grew up and lived until the age of 20. She spent one year in the United States and then moved to Israel where she studied and obtained her BA in Political Science from The Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

She moved to London in 1998 and obtained an MSc at the London School of Economics in Politics of the World Economy. She then worked for 2 years in International Business Development for an Internet company.

In 2002 Silvia established her own business, La Cucina di Silvia - Cooking for the Soul... where she teaches and caters Italian cooking. Her specialty is food from the Roman region and, in particular, food in the Italian Jewish tradition.
