
Italian Jewish Cookery lessons
The Italian Jewish chef Silvia Nacamulli will give the cookery lessons. Dates for classes in English: 6, 13, 27 May. Dates for classes in Hebrew: 28 May, 4, 11 June, between 7:30 - 10:00 PM.
Each lesson lasts 2-2 ½ hours. The price (£40 pp per lesson) includes the cost of the food and a donation to Laniado Hospital.
Silvia will teach you the secrets of Italian cooking.
You will have the unique opportunity to benefit from her personal guidance and expertise and at the end of each session you will have learnt how to cook 3 mouthwatering Italian dishes of your choice. You will also have eaten a delicious meal!

Silvia Nacamulli is a freelance cook, teacher and writer of Italian cooking based in London.
Silvia is from Rome, where she grew up and lived until the age of 20. She spent one year in the United States and then moved to Israel where she studied and obtained her BA in Political Science from The Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
She moved to London in 1998 and obtained an MSc at the London School of Economics in Politics of the World Economy. She then worked for 2 years in International Business Development for an Internet company.
In 2002 Silvia established her own business, La Cucina di Silvia - Cooking for the Soul... where she teaches and caters Italian cooking. Her specialty is food from the Roman region and, in particular, food in the Italian Jewish tradition.
