Laniado Dinner 2011

270 guests helped raise more than £250,000 at the Laniado Gala Dinner on Saturday 5 November 2011.

Held at Plaisterers Hall in the City of London, the money raised will be used to purchase crucial medical equipment for the Hospital in Netanya. Former commander of the British forces in Afghanistan Colonel Richard Kemp spoke of the incredible work of the founder Rabbi YY Halberstam and how his self sacrifice is an example to all humanity.

Our Dinner Chairman Nathaniel Meyohas said “Laniado serves as a triage hospital for the Sharon region in cases of war and terriosm. The IDF and Laniado are on the front line protecting us from those that wish us harm. We in turn need to protect those that are protecting us”.
