Laniado LIVE! Press Release

Over 450 young Jews crowded into the Jazz Café in Camden last Sunday night for Young Laniado's showcase of original music performed by some of the finest young Jewish musical talents around. The mixture of bands and solo artists had been selected from auditions run in Janaury and performed a range of musical styles on the night.

The evening promoted awareness of the inspiring and groundbreaking work carried out at the Laniado Hospital in Netanya, and over £5,000 was raised for the cause.

Andrew Wolfin, who organised the evening, together with the Young Laniado Committe, commented, "I am overwhelmed by the response this event has provoked and have been inundated with positive feedback from everyone who attended. We are so grateful to all the performers for giving up their time and talent for our cause and look forward to fulfilling Young Laniado's pledge to provide truly original and innovative events for young Jewish people."
