Silvia Nacamulli is cooking for Laniado

20 people took part in the first Italian Jewish Cookery lesson on May 12 at Inbar and Boaz Silberman's home in South Hampstead. More than £300 was raised in the evening.

The participants had the unique opportunity to benefit from Silvia Nacamulli's personal guidance and expertise and, at the end of the session, learnt to cook and thoroughly enjoy 3 mouthwatering Italian dishes: Pumpkin risotto, Peppers filled with aubergines and mozzarella cheese, Cassola (ricotta cheese flan).

Laniado plans to hold 2 more sessions on June 4 (fully booked) and on June 11.
