FRSBLaniado Hospital UK has now become a member of the Fundraising Standards Board, which offers the public a ‘mark of reassurance’ to look for when giving to charities in the future. All members of the Fundraising Standards Board scheme are expected to adhere to the Institute of Fundraising’s Codes of Fundraising Practice and the Fundraising Promise.

Purchase Equipment for the Hospital

Our mandate is to raise capital funding for equipment, building and expansion of the hospital. On a very tangible, practical level you can make a donation to purchase a piece of equipment for a department that needs it most.

You might find something there that you would like to dedicate in someone’s memory or in gratitude for someone’s recovery.

Donate by Direct Debit

Join our efforts by setting up a direct debit for £10 a month or less. By making a regular donation to Laniado UK, you can help us to become a self-sufficient charity.

Donate Shares

Share Giving Laniado UK has boldly become the first Jewish charity in the UK to engage and encourage donors to give shares. There are many reasons why giving shares might appeal to you. You might hold shares that are effectively gathering dust and might also be a bit of a nuisance as they generate more paperwork than income. These could be turned into something of real value to others by donating them. With a gift of shares, you get the tax relief. Since April 2000 there have been generous tax incentives for individuals to give shares to charity. As a donor you can now claim income tax relief on the value of most shares and securities. Gift Aid

Increase your donation by 28p in every £1 at no extra cost.

For every £1 you donate to Laniado, we can reclaim the tax you have already paid through the Gift Aid scheme. There’s no extra cost to you – all you have to do is make a Gift Aid Declaration by clicking the appropriate option when you donate.

Become a Patron or Young Patron

Our work is supported by Patrons, a group of individuals that share our values and commitment to improving the effectiveness of the work at Laniado Hospital. Our Patrons play a fundamental role in helping us to achieve our mission.

Patrons provide a vital source of income that supports specific building projects at the hospital. Equally importantly, this essential source of income provides the kind of urgent and flexible support needed for the acquisition of new equipment and medical research.

Patrons: £5000 per annum
Young Patrons: £500 per annum

In return for this generous support, Patrons receive a number of exclusive privileges:

  • Acknowledgement on the Donor Wall in the hospital.
  • Regular communications giving exclusive information about the latest developments and news stories.

We at Laniado need help in our endeavour to fuel the momentum that has been established by us as young leaders and that not only meets the standards set by those who have led the way in our community, but exceeds them.

CSR plays a large role in every corporation and firm today. There are numerous ways firms and corporates can get involved, but the most tangible one is becoming strong representatives for Laniado to garner support and awareness from those who make the decisions about corporate support and involvement.

On an individual level, supporters can donate time, advice, resources, knowledge, experience and contacts. On a social level, supporters can organise small functions in their home to raise funds or embark on fundraising challenges including sky diving, sports car rallies, and the like. On a communal level, Laniado is always looking for good advocates to promote the work of the hospital and raise significant funding, encourage awareness of its aims and ethos, and promote involvement in the city sectors. On the highest level, individuals can become active fundraisers for the key projects of the hospital.
