Opening of the Weinstock Paediatric ER

This Summer saw the opening of the Dyna and Fala Weinstock Paediatric Emergency Centre, which has been donated by the Weinstock Charitable Trust. 

Motti Shtauber, spokesperson for Laniado said, "there is no more fitting a place than Laniado Hosptial to receive a centre named in memory of Dyna and Fala Weinstock. Like the Rebbe, the Weinstock family suffered many personal tragedies at the hands of the Nazis; they not only survived the atrocities against them bt they also emulate the Rebbe's vision to ensure that the Jewish people live on. Throught the creation and building of this centre, the Weinstock family are giving the children of today and the future a greater chance of survival and quality of life."

The centre is the only one of its kind in Israel and proudly boasts facilities such as insulated trauma rooms that transform in seconds to operating theatres to protect against biological and chemical warfare and terrorist attacks.
